Second Camera: The second camera is an important addition to your wedding ceremony.  It provides shots and angles that cannot be achieved with only one camera.  $300.00 each additional camera.
Through the Years: This is a montage of photographs set to the music of your choice @ $3.00 per photo and $10.00 per song.

The Following Applies To Weddings Or Event

 

Three copies are included in the price.
 

Honeymoon Highlights: Photographs taken on your honeymoon are set to the music of your choice which creates a romantic and lasting memory of that special time. Pricing is the same as the Through the Years option.
Recap Video: A 3 to 5 minute overview of your special day set to a song of your choice. This video can be streamed over the internet and be  password controlled so only you and your friends and family have viewing access.  $99.00.
Highlight Video: a 20 minute overview (approximately) of your special day set to songs of your choice. $225.00.
Additional Hours: $300.00 per hour billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Love Story: This should be the most creative part of your wedding memories. It's your story as a couple put to video...how you meet and who kissed who first...where you went on your first date...when you fell in love and how you knew you were in love.  It is shot in the setting of your choice. $350.00 to $500.00 depending on the number of locations.
Rehearsal/Rehearsal Dinner:  We will capture those special moments, the toasts, the laughter, the joy of you rehearsal and dinner.  What great memories to view over and over!  $695.00 for and edited version and $395.00 for an unedited version. Two hour time limit.
Out of Town: over 50 miles $100.00----overnight $200.00.

1. We do not guarantee unobstructed shots due to limited movement allowed and other uncontrollable circumstances.
2. All deposits are not refundable, except for reasons stated in 2a.
2a. We, in the unlikely event of accident, illness, injury or other circumstance beyond our control, may cancel this contract at any time, with any and all deposits refunded in full. We reserve the right to try to find an alternative videographer to fulfill this contract if it is within our power to do so.
3. We will be responsible only to return all deposits and payments in the event of any unforeseen circumstances that prohibit DVP from complying with the terms of the agreed upon contract.  We will not be held liable for any other loss.
We reserve the right to exclude any portions of the video in which materials and information to be provided by you are not received prior to the contract execution (wedding  date.) (photos, music, or audio, titling information and/or other items to be included in this video production).
5. We cannot be held liable for the exclusion of certain materials. This includes, but is not limited to, comments or actions made by individuals that are deemed inappropriate for this video production.
6. We shall not be held responsible for lack of coverage due to the action or inaction of video subjects, guests or any other persons.
7. All editing shall be decided upon by the editor and is final.  Any additional  post production editing will be bill in accordance to the current rates.
8. We are hereby the sole holder of all copyrights in regards to the final edited production and all footage obtained by DVP, it's representatives or with use of it's recording equipment.
9. We reserve the right to use this video and/or audio in whole or in part for the purpose of promoting our services or company.
10. By depositing material with DVP, you agree that  DVP's  liability for any loss, damage or delay to the materials will be limited to the replacement cost of a non-exposed roll of film and/or blank cassette or similar size.  Except for such replacement, DVP shall not be liable for any other loss or damage, direct, consequential, or incidental, arising out of your use of  DVP.
11. You agree to be responsible for all copyright clearance and release issues pertaining to this video production.
12. Although all care will be taken while shooting your video, DVP limits any liability for equipment failure resulting in loss of audio, video footage, lighting or battery failure. Section 3a is applicable in the event that any of these circumstances should occur.
13. DVP will not be held responsible for accidents or incidents involving personnel employed or equipment owned by other parties.

Payment Schedule
: 50% of the total of the selected package and options is require to hold your wedding day. Final Payment is required no later that five days prior to the scheduled event (unless other arrangements have been  made.)

Video Production Contract


1. The Purpose of this document is to establish a contract between
(Insert Your Business' Legal Name), hereinafter referred to as PRO

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT: The PROJECT is to be a (length of time in hours, minutes), (Briefly describe the project -such as 'Interactive Sales Training CD' or 'Corporate Capabilities Video Presentation), entitled (Insert Name or Working Title of this project).

The purpose of the PROJECT is (State the Purpose Here).

No other use of the project is anticipated, nor have terms of consideration been agreed upon to for any but the use specified herein.(This is boiler plate; if you're producing something that will be used in other formats -such as, for instance, finished video to be used in commercials, sales training programs and on the Internet, this is the place to specify the use.)

4. The PRODUCER shall provide the CLIENT a written script, in a format standard to the production industry, prior to the start of production. CLIENT shall have the right to approve said script or stipulate changes thereto in order to make said script suitable for approval for the CLIENT.

Said approval shall be in writing with a signature block for the CLIENT. Any changes made by the CLIENT to the script or project after entering into contract may alter the final billing.

5. PRODUCER shall, subsequent to script or estimate approval, exercise sole discretion in the hiring and firing of cast, crew and other production staff. The producer assures the highest possible standards of production for the specified budget.

6. CLIENT shall approve the written production budget submitted in advance by the PRODUCER.

PRODUCER warrants that the production shall cost no more than the grand total listed on said budget without prior written consent of the CLIENT. CLIENT reserves the right to increase, not decrease said budget at any time after budget approval.

7. PRODUCER shall submit production schedule to the CLIENT for approval. Once said production schedule is approved in writing, any deviation or delay therefrom caused by the CLIENT shall be considered unreasonable and any costs for said delay shall be charged to the production budget over and above the original grand total of said budget.

8. PRODUCER insures to provide a finished version of the PROJECT to the CLIENT within a reasonable time frame at the CLIENT'S place of business which is

9. The grand total of the production budget for PROJECT approved by the CLIENT is $ (Write the Amount) :

This total is payable as follows:

* 33%, or $ (Calculate 33% of the project total and write it here) deposit to confirm project

* 33%, or $ (Calculate 33% of the project total and write it here) upon script approval (or "upon completion of principal videography." or any other benchmark that's mutually agreed upon)

* Balance of final 34% plus any agreed-upon additions, or $ (Calculate the final balance and write it here) upon delivery to CLIENT of the finished project.

DUCER, and (Insert Your Client's Legal Name), hereinafter referred to as CLIENT for the production of a video program (define the project -is it an audio/visual project, animation project, Internet project, film, video project?), hereinafter referred to as the PROJECT.

2. PRODUCER offers to produce the PROJECT for CLIENT in exchange for valuable consideration as specified in Paragraph 9 below.

 

 

Duplication services are not included in this agreement.


10. There are no other agreements or codicils relative to this PROJECT between either of the parties hereto either verbally or in writing, and this document constitutes the entirety of the contract.


I have read, understand and agree with every provision of this contract and by my signature, hereby certify that I accept and agree to abide by them and that I am competent and legally qualified to enter in to such a contract.
